KGF Chapter 2 now has a release date. The movie will be released on 14th April 2022. KGF, directed by Prashanth Neel aired in 2018 and it received positive responses from all across the country and it was a huge hit both in India and abroad. With KGF. Chapter 2 will be releasing on 14th of April across the globe and the film will be available in five languages: Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam and Telugu. With the announcement of the release date of the movie, the promotion work of the movie is in full swing. The movie has a running time of 2 hours and 48 minutes and has a UA certificate. Hombale Films is the production company of the movie.

Many new faces will make appearances in KGF Chapter 2. The viewers will see Yash as Rocky, Sanjay Dutt as Adheera, Raveena Tandon as Ramika Sen, Prakash Raj as Vijayendra Ingalgi, Srinidhi Shetty as Renny.

KGF Chapter 2: Plot
KGF Chapter 2 belongs to the action, drama and thriller genres. Before diving into the plot of Chapter 2, it is important to note that KGF stands for Kolar Gold Fields. The movie will again revolve around KGF who now has Rocky whose name is enough to create fear amongst the enemies. The allies look up to Rock as their savior. However, the same is not true for the government which views Rocky as a threat to law and order. In addition to that, there are enemies hovering over him waiting for his downfall and seeking revenge. One can expect to see plenty of bloody battles and dark days on Rocky’s journey to unchallenged supremacy. Also, the viewers will again be able to see Yash paired with Srinidhi Shetty.
KGF Chapter 2: Trailer
The trailer of KGF Chapter 2 was released back on 7th January 2022 in the official YouTube page of Hombale Films. In the first glimpse, the viewers can see a mother and her son. The background narration goes on to say that history tells us powerful people come from powerful places and then the narration goes ahead to explain that history is wrong. It is in fact, the powerful people who make the place powerful. One can also see Yash using a gun and shooting his enemies in the trailer indicating that Chapter 2 will be violent in nature for sure again.
The second trailer of the movie was released a few days ago by Excel Movies. The trailer also just like the first one showed a bloody background. Raveena Tandon could be seen playing the role of a powerful woman. Also, a lot of destruction can be seen taking place in the background. Also, Sanjay Dutt has made an appearance in the second trailer with his rugged features. Both the trailer indicates that the movie will be graphical and violent in nature and one can expect plenty of action sequences in Chapter 2. Also, Sanjay Dutt could be seen saying that he is coming back to take back his KGF. The performances of all the casts involved in KGF Chapter 2 looks commendable in the movie. After seeing the trailer, the viewers have already started having high hopes for the film.
