All The Old Knives is scheduled to premiere on Prime Video on 8th April 2022. Moreover the film is also coming to selected theaters. However for a broader audience the movie is only available on the streaming site.

It is not a suitable watch for kids because of the intense storyline so parents need to look out!

Chris Pine will be playing the role of Henry Pelham. In an interview he revealed that since 5 years he has longed to work for a script like this and once he finally got the chance to fulfill his dreams he was quite thankful! The actor has previously acted in a lot of thriller movies and the upcoming one is not any different so you can expect a lot of drama and intense scenes!

Thandiwe Newton will be playing the role of Celia Harrison. When the actress was asked to pass comments on the movie she spoke very highly of the script. According to her accommodating a love interest in such a script was not an easy job but the writers really outdid themselves. And with such limited options, they have created something extraordinary which is worth appreciation.

For those who don’t know, it is based on a book of the same name! The author is Olen Steinhauer. In the past, we have seen that the movie adaptations never seemed to appease the audience well this won’t be the case this time because Olen himself has worked on the screenplay. So, there will be fewer differences between the original book and the movie. His spy novel is purely from his imagination and not from any personal experiences. He revealed this fact himself in an interview.

The trailer seemed to focus on Henry and Celia’s intense chemistry. It gave us a rough idea of what to expect from the movie. The footage right from the beginning was very intense and while watching it you’ll definitely get goosebumps. Overall the trailer seems very promising. Rest we’ll know once the movie goes on air! You’ll have to remain vigilant while watching the movie because the plot is quite tricky as it deals with all spy and detective stuff which can be difficult to keep up with at times.
