The upcoming Sci-Fi TV release date is Wednesday, 4th October 2023. Quantum Leap season 2 will air on NBC during the 8 P.M slot (ET). Quantum Leap season 2 will air on NBC as well as available on Peacock. Moreover, apart from live watching, the episodes will be available to stream on Peacock at 6 a.m. ET. Quantum Leap Season 2 Plot?
The Quantum Leap reboot is very similar to the original show. Moreover, there is a new crew that has started working on the Quantum Leap project. They pick up from where Dr. Beckett (in the original series) left off. Furthermore, the storyline follows this new team as they try to piece together Dr. Beckett’s work before he goes missing. They also try to get an idea about his strange disappearance. Dr. Ben Song (Raymond Lee) is the lead physicist for this new team and the project. Moreover, like Dr. Beckett, he uses the improved Quantum Leap accelerator to go back in time. However, he gets stuck in a “leaping” loop of his own. Moreover, on the other side, Dr. Ben Song’s fiancé, Addison Augustine (Caitlin Bassett), works to guide him via hologram just like Al Calavicci (Dean Stockwell) did in the original Quantum Leap for Sam Beckett

NBC has not officially announced the cast for Quantum Leap season 2. The original cast is likely to return for another season. The main cast for the show includes:
- Raymond Lee plays Dr.Ben Song’s character. He is the lead physicist on the Quantum Leap project after Dr. Beckett’s disappearance.
- Caitlin Bassett plays Addison Augustine’s role. She is Ben’s fiancée as well as an observer. Addison helps him in his Quantum Leap project while he goes back in time.
- Mason Alexander Park in the role of Ian Wright. She is the chief architect for the Quantum Leap artificial intelligence.
- Nanrisa Lee plays the role of Jenn Chou. She is the head of security for Quantum Leap.
- Ernie Hudson plays Herbert “Magic” Williams’ character. He is the head of the Quantum Leap time travel project.
- Eliza Taylor plays the role of Hannah Carson (season 2).
- Peter Gadiot in the role of Tom Westfall (season 2). He is a U.S. Army Officer.

Quantum Leap season 2 does not have an official trailer yet. Moreover, NBC shared the first 8 minutes of Quantum Leap season 2 premiere at SDCC. However, the footage was only shared with audience members present at the convention.
