Chronicles News was the only media news website established in 2018 by Muhammad Usman Siddiqui and Rahis Saifi. The organization operates debt-free and without external investors, funding its operations solely through advertising revenue (mainly from open networks such as Google’s AdSense) and subscriptions from its readers.

Chronicles News subsequently merged with Fast Rank Media LLC in October 2023.
