Mark your calendars, as Mouse House’s latest animated movie, Wish, is ready to stream on Disney+ in less than a month! Here’s when the film will be available for you to watch.
When Will Wish Be Available on Disney Plus?
Finally, after three months of waiting, Wish will be available on Disney+ on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. The movie has been released in theaters on November 22, 2023. Wish was expected to be released in February 2024 on the streaming platform, but the streamer removed the animated picture from its February release schedule.

Streaming Platforms
To watch the movie, you need a Disney+ subscription. The basic plan costs $9.99/month. However, if you have already subscribed to ESPN+ or Hulu, you can bundle Disney+ with them for a complete streaming package! Another way to watch a movie is to rent or buy it through all video on-demand sites. If you want to explore this option, try Amazon, Apple TV+, and Vudu. Since March 12, 2024, you can watch the film on 4K UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD.

What Is Wish About?
Walt Disney Animation Studios introduces us to the magical kingdom of Rosas on an island in the Mediterranean Sea. This is a place where every person carries their wishes around with them. A 17-year-old, Asha, takes the lead in the film. The main character, Asha, played by Ariana DeBosa, ambitiously seeks to become King Magnifico’s apprentice. The plot thickens when she uncovers his true intentions. The king’s nefarious plot includes him stealing all the wishes her family members ask for. Instead, he pretends to help them by taking away their desires.
To undo what he has conspired, Asha wishes for something so powerful that it summons a cosmic force. Now, she has a boundless energy known as Star. Asha must team up quickly and find a way to end King Magnifico’s malicious plan. But will she make it there in time? Will her wish be powerful enough to end Magnifico’s corruption? Could she save her people? To find out what happens next, stream Wish on Disney+ this April.
