Release Date of The Bad Guys 2
The Bad Guys 2 will premiere theatrically on August 1, 2025, over three years after the original film’s debut in 2022. The Bad Guys grossed $250.4 million, making it the world’s third highest-grossing fully animated feature and the 17th highest-grossing film of that year. The Cast of The Bad Guys 2
The second sequel to the comedy film will have the original cast reprising their roles. Here’s the all-star cast for the movie:
- Sam Rockwell as leader Mr. Wolf
- Marc Maron as safe-cracker Mr. Snake
- Craig Robinson as master of disguise Mr. Shark

Director Pierre Perifel has teamed up with co-director JP Sans (head of character animation). Moreover, producer Damon Ross and composer Daniel Pemberton will return for the sequel.

At the end of the original film, our villains underwent a significant transformation. The villains chose to become better people by accepting their punishment and behaving well in prison. As a result, they were released early. However, their journey towards rehabilitation will take a challenging turn in The Bad Guys 2.
