Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s divorce reports have been doing the rounds for a while now. TMZ confirmed the news of their separation. The report stated that they have been living separately since the beginning of summer, and the Babygirl star has been holding the family together during the tough time, while Keith has moved out of their family home and bought a house in Nashville. Now, People confirmed that the actress has officially filed for divorce from the singer on September 30, 2025, just a day after the news of their split surfaced.

According to the tabloid, documents filed in Davidson County, Tennessee, show the couple’s divorce details, which include their finances and property, custody of their two children – Faith Margaret (14) and Sunday Rose (17), alimony, child support and the official date of their separation.

Marilyn Chinitz, a matrimonial and family law attorney at Blank Rome in New York City who is not involved in the case, revealed to the news outlet that the couple had worked this out long before announcing it.

According to People, here are more details from the couple’s divorce filing.

When Was The Divorce Filed & What Was The Reason For It?

As per the divorce documents, Keith and Nicole’s official date of separation is September 30, 2025. According to the Marital Dissolution Agreement, Nicole and Keith ‘have experienced marital difficulties and irreconcilable differences,’ which led the actress to file for divorce against Keith. However, the filing doesn’t elaborate on any further details.

What Is The Parental Plan Signed By The Couple?

The couple has signed a parenting plan to govern their shared custody of their daughters, in which Nicole is named “primary residential parent,’ which means that their daughters will get to spend 306 days of the year with Nicole and 59 days of the year with Keith.

Keith will have custody of the children every other weekend, from Saturday at 10 am to Sunday at 6 pm.

Marilyn was quoted by the tabloid as saying, “There’s no midweek parenting time provided for in the agreement. He gets Father’s Day every year, and they share Thanksgiving on an alternate yearly basis. But when it comes to Christmas in odd-numbered years, [Kidman] has the entire winter vacation from the time that school ends until the time school resumes after the winter vacation. In even-numbered years, they’re gonna share that [winter vacation time] equally.” (sic)

She further added, “It’s only that period of time [that] gets shared equally. Otherwise, [Kidman] gets every Christmas in odd-numbered years, which would be this year.”

The actress will also have custody of her daughters every Easter, Mother’s Day and spring vacation on even-numbered years, while Keith will have custody on spring vacation in odd-numbered years. Marilyn said that during summer vacations, Keith will have the children on alternate weekends, and each parent can spend two full weeks with them.

“They Will Not Speak Badly of Each Other”

The parenting plan also states that Keith and Nicole ‘will not speak badly of each other’ or their families and will encourage their children in loving both parents and be comfortable in both households.

Within 60 days of the divorce filing, both Nicole and Keith are required to attend a parenting seminar.

Child Support

There is no provision for direct child support; the filing states Keith Urban has prepaid all child-support obligations (nanny/child-care, private school, extracurriculars) through each child’s majority/high-school graduation.

As per the agreement, both parents will make joint decisions on important matters like education, non-emergency healthcare, religious upbringing and extracurricular activity. Marilyn explained that, according to the agreement, if the parties do not agree on a major decision for either child, Nicole will have the final say.

No Alimony Will Be Paid By Either Keith Or Nicole

The couple’s agreement also mentioned, “Neither party shall pay any amount and/or form of alimony or spousal support to the other. All alimony and spousal support claims are hereby forever waived by the parties.” Marilyn pointed out that the agreement says each party is responsible for their own debts.

No Joint Assets

As per the agreement, “The parties acknowledge that, to the best of their knowledge, there are no assets owned by them, either jointly or individually, and that they have no interest in any assets, which are not reflected and addressed by the terms of this Agreement.”

Personal Belongings Divided

According to the agreement, ‘All household furniture, furnishings, appliances, art, and other items of personal property’ have been divided in a way that both parties are happy with. It states, “Each party is awarded his or her own clothing, jewelry and personal items, free and clear of any and all claims of the other party.”

Marilyn explains, “Essentially, she’s keeping what’s hers. He is keeping what’s his. It’s pretty much already been divided to their mutual satisfaction.”

A similar simple agreement was made regarding their vehicles. Marilyn said, “If it’s in your name, I waive all my claims. If it’s in my name, you waive all your claims.”

Recently, there were rumors that Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman have parted ways after 19 years of marriage. Multiple news outlets reported the same, with their sources revealing what went wrong. Now, according to People, the actress has officially filed for divorce, on Sept. 30, 2025, citing irreconcilable differences.

As if that wasn’t enough, Tabloid reports (led by TMZ) allege Urban may be seeing someone new, but neither star nor their reps have confirmed this, and no identity has been verified.

According to a TMZ report, several sources close to Nicole say, “All the signs suggest that Keith is with another woman. Let’s just say Nicole isn’t denying it, but she’s still very shocked.” A TMZ source also added that everyone in Nashville is talking about it.

Also, it is said that sources don’t know exactly when it happened. If Keith is really with another woman, their relationship might have started after the separation.

Daily Mail and other outlets claim a Nashville PR source said Urban is with a ‘younger woman in the business,’ but the identity and timing remain unconfirmed.”

The Hollywood actress and the country singer share children Faith (14) and Sunday (17) together. It was said that the couple have been living separately since the beginning of summer. It was also said that the Babygirl star is holding the family together through the tough time, while Keith has bought a house in Nashville and has moved out of their family home.

CBS dropped a dramatic trailer for Fire Country Season 4 on Tuesday (September 23, 2025), which confirmed the exit of one major character, Billy Burke’s Vince Leone.

Fire Country Season 4 premieres Friday, Oct. 17, 2025, 8–9 p.m. ET/PT on CBS and Paramount+; beginning Friday, Oct. 24, the series airs in its regular 9 p.m. slot.

It is revealed that Vince doesn’t survive the life-or-death cliffhanger of the Zabel Ridge fire from the Season 3 finale. The trailer then shows his son Bode (played by Max Thieriot) bidding goodbye to his father (Vince) with a eulogy at his father’s funeral, saying, “I’m going to spend the rest of my career protecting my father’s town, my father’s station, my father’s mission.”

Vince’s demise shook the community and left Station 42 looking for a new battalion chief, a position that Bode believes should be his, declaring, “It’s my birthright, and I’m coming for it.”

Amid the chaos at Station 42, the firefighters are suspended from active duty and are warned. Before the trailer ends, Bode vows to continue his father’s mission, adding, ‘It’s what my dad would do.

The creators (executive producers) of the show, Joan Rater and Tony Phelan, said that they decided to share Vince’s death before the premiere of Season 4 out of care for the character. Joan was quoted by TVLine  as saying, “We want to be respectful of what he means to our fans, what he means to us.”

Tony explained that they wanted the trailer to highlight the true focus of Season 4, which is Station 42 facing the aftermath of this loss together. Also, Vince’s death (in the show) serves as a reminder of the real-life dangers firefighters face. Given the high-risk nature of the job and the need to keep the storytelling authentic, Joan felt it was important to depict the loss of a firefighter by Season 4.

Joan also mentioned that although Billy’s departure is “a big, huge, emotional loss to the show,” the tragedy may not be entirely unexpected, as it was reported in April (2025)  that Billy would exit the CBS drama.

Jack Black and Paul Rudd get into more trouble than they expected in the trailer for Sony’s comedy reboot of Anaconda.

In December 2024, Jack Black and Paul Rudd teased the movie in a fun video from the set. It’s a fresh reimagining of Jennifer Lopez’s 1997 snake-horror film Anaconda. Black said in the footage, “There’s gonna be a big f***ing snake, and it’s gonna rip.”

According to sources, the original, which also starred Owen Wilson, Jon Voight, and Ice Cube, earned $16.6 million in its opening weekend and went on to gross $136.9 million worldwide.

Tom Gormican, a well-known writer and producer, will release his new take on the 1997 cult classic in theaters on December 25, 2025, just in time for the holidays.

The story is about Doug (Jack Black) and Griff (Paul Rudd), best friends since childhood, who have always wanted to remake their favorite movie, Anaconda. During a midlife crisis, they finally decide to go for it and travel to the Amazon to start filming. But their fun project takes a dangerous turn when a real giant anaconda shows up, turning their comedy into a fight for survival. The movie they dreamed of making could end up costing them their lives.

The trailer offers a first look at their wild adventure. It begins with Griff opening the door to Doug, who says he “doesn’t want to wait” and insists it’s time to reboot Anaconda. The pair discover it will cost $2.5 million to make the movie, but the bank only gives them a $9400 loan. Undeterred, they set off with a small crew, a riverboat, a snake handler, and a real snake.

Things escalate after their rented snake dies early on, Doug and Griff head into the jungle to find another, only to meet the real thing. Soon, they are being hunted by a massive anaconda. At one point, Doug appears dead, but in the trailer’s final scene, he comes back to life and runs with a dead pig over his shoulders while the huge snake chases him.

In another trailer moment, Paul Rudd says about the remake, “We’re gonna shoot it indie style, one and done.” Jack Black also jokes, “This is Anaconda, and we no longer have a snake for our snake movie. We have to go out in the jungle and find another one.”

The film also features Steve Zahn, Thandiwe Newton, Daniela Melchior, and Selton Mello. Zahn has appeared in HBO’s The White Lotus (streams on Max), Joy Ride (2001) and War for the Planet of the Apes (2017). Newton is known for Westworld, also appeared in Wednesday season 2 which is streamed on Netflix, as well as Mission Impossible II (2000) and Crash (2004). Talking about the film, Zahn remarked, “I fucked up so many takes laughing at these guys. Dream job”

It is produced by Brad Fuller, Andrew Form, Kevin Etten, and Tom Gormican, who also directed and co-wrote the script with Etten. Gormican is best known for writing That Awkward Moment (2014) and The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent (2022), which he co-wrote with Kevin Etten.

Jack Black and Paul Rudd expressed that they joined Anaconda partly because of Gormican and Etten’s work on The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent.

Rudd said, “It was a clever script and the meta angles of it were appealing to me. I was a big fan of The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent, and the tone of this and that seemed to live in the same world.”

Black agreed to this by adding, “Gormican and Etten ‘brought that same meta magic energy to this script and production.’”

Joelen Waldref cause of death was hypertensive and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office finally reported the cause of death on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.

Her last location was found to be at a bus stop near the Milwaukee intersection, where she was found lying down on the ground. During her struggle, she called 911, but her case was pushed as a low-priority case.

What Happened on T hat Day?

Waldref, at the bus stop, started having difficulty breathing. Her first instinct was to call for help. On January 15, at 5:22 p.m., she called 911. Here’s how the conversion went:

“911. Where is your emergency?”

“I cannot breathe.”

“Can you say that one more time? Caller? Caller? Hello, caller. Can you hear me?”

“I can’t breathe.”

“Okay, I’m going to transfer you over to medical. When they get on the line, I’ll speak first.”

After a while, the 911 operator transferred the call to another operator. In Milwaukee, all medical calls, including Waldref’s, are initially managed by a police 911 operator before being transferred to an operator with the city fire department. The first operator told the second one that Waldref “possibly stated she can’t breathe.”

“Police for medical. Caller’s possibly stated she can’t breathe.”

“Oh my God!” Waldref said.

“What is the address, please?” asked the dispatcher.

“I’m on the corner of 76th and Congress. (Inaudible) for the bus,” Waldref said.

“Tell me what happened,” the dispatcher said.

“I don’t know,” she replied.

“Well, what’s the reason you’re calling for medical help?” the dispatcher asked.

“I feel lightheaded and dizzy,” Waldref added.

The medical dispatcher inquired about Waldref’s breathing, heart health, and whether she was experiencing abdominal pain. The authorities redacted Waldref’s responses to protect patient privacy.

During a briefing, Curtis Ambulance President Jim Baker stated, “We received the call originally to respond at 17:23 and 54 seconds. The ambulance arrived at 76th & Congress four minutes later.” 

Twenty-two minutes after the Curtis ambulances departed without locating Waldref, Charlotte Morris, a passerby, discovered her without a pulse. Waldref was pronounced dead at the scene at 6:13 PM.

How Did 911 Handle the Case?

After her call, the ambulance crew was sent without lights and sirens. A few minutes later, they left the location without stepping out of the vehicle to check on her.

A Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office report dated January 22 referenced a Milwaukee police officer who had observed something. He stated that the surveillance footage depicted Waldref slipping on ice and striking her head against a fence.

The report noted the absence of external trauma on Waldref’s body. It was presumed that she might have lost consciousness due to the fall or extreme cold.

The medical examiner’s office had stated that it was investigating Waldref’s death as a probable case of hypothermia, pending final determination following toxicology tests.

However, the recent, concise report from the medical examiner’s office released on Tuesday omitted any mention of subzero temperatures or hypothermia as contributing factors, instead classifying Joelen Waldref cause of death as “natural.”

Crocus City Hall attack has caused 62 deaths and 145 injuries. Russia was attacked by terrorists after nearly a decade, thus making it one of the deadliest attacks in the last ten years. Details of the Crocus City Hall Terrorist Attack

The Crocus City Hall Shooting has left everyone in shock. Russia has been free of terrorist attacks for quite a long time. This incident occurred out of nowhere at 8:00 pm on Friday, 22nd March.

Five gunmen donning camouflaged combat fatigues penetrated Crocus City Hall where a musical performance by Picnic was about to begin. The venue was sold out with around 9,000 people attending the concert.

Unfortunately, the guards at the venue were unarmed, allowing the assailants’ smooth entry. The guards were the first people who were killed on the spot in the terrible shooting attack.

The Islamist militants opened fire at the crowd murdering over 60 people and leaving around 145 injured. They also launched a series of explosives causing more fear and havoc. Sadly, according to the Russian news reports, the death toll may rise if the critical patients fail to survive.

Russia’s foreign ministry stated it was a terrorist attack and the claim was backed by the US government. They confirmed that The Islamic State (IS), a terrorist organization formed by Jihadists was responsible for the planned attack. They hail from the Khorasan Province (IS-KP) situated in Afghanistan. The attack was confirmed through a broadcasting on Amaq News Agency through Telegram.

In a series of unfortunate events, the sold-out venue members saw all hell break loose. The attackers, who were masked and described as having beards, used automatic weapons and petrol bombs to terrorize and injure the victims. Several raw footages of the incident were uploaded to social media – some showing the terrorists walking around with their weapons, others recording the shrill shooting sounds with the haunting shrieks of bystanders.

The attack worsened around 9:32 pm when explosions were heard – hence, damaging the roof, setting the hall in flames, and sending out huge clouds of smoke in the air. The gunmen continued shooting after barricading themselves inside the building.

The attack occurred just hours after the Russian military attacked Ukraine’s biggest hydroelectric plant – cutting off electricity in many parts of the country.

Specialized Units’ Response to the Crocus Concert Hall Shooting

Almost instantaneously, Russia’s specialized units and emergency services, SOBR and OMON arrived at the scene. They successfully helped evacuate the people inside the venue. Nearly 100 people were trapped in the basement, others sought refuge in the parking lot or the rooftop. The surrounding shopping centers also housed sufficient fleeing victims, all of whom were escorted out with the help of specialized forces.

Meanwhile, the Russian National Guard was sent on a mission to ambush the assailants. Unfortunately, they fled in a white Renault.

Causalities of the Crocus City Hall Shooting

Medical helicopters and nearly 70 ambulances carried the injured and murdered people from the scene. Dozens of firetrucks also rushed to the scene to mitigate the damage.
According to the Russian Health Minister, Mikhail Murasko 62 people were killed, 145 injured, 5 people are in critical condition, 60 people have sustained serious injuries, and five children are also injured – they were performing in a ballroom dancing competition at the venue.

Moscow City Duma Chairman, Alexey Shaposhnikov has encouraged people to come together in these trying times and donate blood to save their fellow citizens. Blood banks in the region will be working around the clock collecting and screening blood from donors.

Significant Events Leading Up to the Attack

Before this incident, the FSB, Federal Security Service of Russia had successfully intervened in a terrorist attack by The Islamic State on a synagogue in Moscow.

It occurred on 7th March and the US intelligence agencies and their National Security Council (NSC) spokesperson, Adrienne Watson warned the Russians of similar imminent plans of terrorist attacks, hence discouraging large gatherings. They launched a security alert on their official page.

Russian President, Vladimir Putin disregarded the warnings labeling them as “outright blackmail.” But he also commanded the FSB to reinforce and strengthen their anti-terrorist operations. He fervently dismissed the claims saying “I’ll remind you of recent, let’s say directly, provocative statements of certain official Western structures about potential terror attacks in Russia,” Putin said.

“All of this looks like obvious blackmail and an attempt to intimidate, and destabilize our country,” he said while addressing the domestic security agency, FSB, and counter – terrorism agency.

Current Measures to Counter Any Future Terrorist Attacks in Russia

The government has implemented measures to limit movement across the city. All public places such as shopping centers, schools, and libraries are on high alert. The public is encouraged to stay back home and limit crowding as much as possible. Security measures at trains and airports are tightened according to Russian officials. As for the assailants, their whereabouts remain unknown despite specialized operations running till 2:00 am after the attack.

Western embassies have condemned the attack and called it a terrible tragedy. The incident is reminiscent of the deadly terror attacks on Russia in the past. In October 2002 and September 2004, Chechen militants launched a similar deadly attack on Southern Russia. They took around 800 people hostage. The brazen attack is a reminder of the past events and the fear around it.
